How far in advance do I need to place my order?
To ensure the freshest and most beautifully presented strawberries, please place your order 3 days in advance. Orders received with less than 3 days' notice may be declined or incur a rush fee, depending on availability.
Is payment required at the time of order?
All orders must be paid in full at the time of order. This ensures we can secure your ingredients and begin crafting your handmade strawberries.
Do you offer delivery?
Unfortunately we are not providing deliveries at this time, however we may be able to as we grow in the future. All orders can be collected from Dickson, ACT.
Care Instruction
Our chocolate strawberries are made fresh to order on the day and are best enjoyed within 24 hours. Due to their delicate nature they must be kept in moderately cool temperatures at all times. Leftovers can be kept in the fridge and should be consumed within 48 hours.
What happens when strawberries are not in season?
During short in-between seasons. Berries may be smaller than our usual premium size - but don't worry, that just means you'll get more to enjoy! We'll still ensure that every box is still full of sweetness - no matter the season.
Can you make a custom order?
At this time, we are focusing on crafting our curated selection flavours and boxes. Custom orders are not available, but we invite you to enjoy and explore the combinations we have thoughtfully prepared.
Can you make large orders for events?
Yes, we can accommodate large orders for events. Please get touch via our contact form to know how we can help you with your special event.
Are there dairy, but and gluten-free options?
Our chocolate blends are gluten free. However, our desserts are prepared in the same kitchen using the same equipment that is used for regular desserts.
